Business Membership FAQ

Do your provide Joomla or 3rd party extension configuration assistance?

No. We cannot help you with configuring Joomla in general or 3rd party extensions in any way. We only provide assistance for Community Builder and our products.

Can you make backups of my site?

No. You are responsible for making any backups during times of we are assisting you.

Will you help configure an Auto Action for me?

Yes. We provide configuration assistance for all our products.

Is there a time limit for assistance?

Yes. All business memberships are given a limited number of hours depending on their needs and tied to their quote. All direct assistance (e.g. configuration assistance, coding assistance, and migration assistance) will subtract from those hours.

Can you manage my site for me?

No. We are not an agency. You are not getting a dedicated web developer with your business membership. We provide assistance for your developer (or yourself).

What happens if I cancel my business membership?

Your site will continue to function as it already does, but you will no longer recieve assistance or updates for your plugins. You will also lose posting permissions on the business membership forums, but can still read your existing topics.

Can you integrate Community Builder with a 3rd party extension?

No. We do not provide 3rd party assistance in any way. This includes with custom coding. This however does not mean such a feature cannot be requested as it might be beneficial to implement within Community Builder.

Can I get server configuration assistance?

No. We do not provide server configuration assistance or support in any way. Please contact your host for any server related issues you may have.
