PLEASE help, ive been looking for a plugin for community builder that will give my user their own bulettin board where friends in their network can use to post bulletins on. (only those that are connectted to me can see my post.)

can anyone tell me of a good plugin? please check the attachments i made of the bulletin board from friendster and myspace.
