kuato wrote: How is this sopoused to work ? , i get the email notification, but when i click on it, it just sends me to the profile book tab , and then ... nothing , I cant read the entry in my profile book. Is there any special step during install that im missing ?, cause everybody says that it works, but it isnt in my case
beat wrote: Looks like something went wrong in your install...will probably have to reinstall...including removing corresponding tables of profile book from db, as those are kept on uninstall/reinstall...and probably problem is there.
Hi Beat,
For me also Profile Book works fine in Firefox, but not in IE, as kuato wrote. Do you still think it's an install problem? I'd figure that neither should work if the install failed. Would like to know before I start tinkering with the tables.
As always, great job Beat, Joomla Joe and all you guys at JP.

OK, here's my fix:
In your templatecss.css file (for the active theme) you probably have a setting like this:
.sectiontableentry1 { height:20px; ... etc)
just comment the height stuff out like this: /*height:20px; */
Seems Firefox ignores this, while IE fixes the height at the number set, and cause all the problems.
Should fix your problems, unless of course, heh heh, you need the height settings somewhere else

It would be awesome if a user could be notified of new entries! Has anybody tried a code that would do this?
