After a long search, some emails between us, lol.. i had to conclude you are very much right.. you have sent me a donation on 3 december.. i have received it and it was auto-claimed..
however.. there had been a break-in in my webserver using simpleboard exploits and they where sending mass emails through my webserver.. before i knew how they did it, i had to protect my webserver from emailing and those protections have stopped the email notifcations that paypal uses.. i probably have lost a lot more other emails..
Solution: I have sent you your money back AND sent you the plugin for free..

The donations idea was ment to be for fun.. fun is most important to me.. i really don't like what happened and now i feel better and you too.. so the fun is back.. and thats what counts
