Personnaly, I didn't wonder.
A new version is available? I test it.
It works? I apply!
A new version always correct bugs. Even if you don't absolutly need it right now, may be a new attack will appear tomorrow.
I prefer to prevent that to cure!

That's not really a answer on my question.
I have a site with much hacks, so i can not run easily an upgrade over it. it is much more work. If i not really must upgrade (register_globals off) I can do so, if i have more time.
I know, my english seems a little .. unusual .. but really, it's not bad, it's only a bavarian version

That's the problem with customising components.
I recommend to rename it before to do anything on the code.
This way, it's confused for hackers.
But if you're familiar with PHP, compare the files!

The CB plugin api is extremely flexible and I suppose most customizations could be done as plugins.

I just installed. Thanks for the fast work!
Has anyone noticed that when viewing a profile, the pathway is broken? This is a new problem since installing 1.0.1
CORRECTION: Actually, the pathway is only broken when linking from CBauthorBot links. So this must be a CBauthorBot problem.
