Conditions plugin beta released

Just finished a plugin that enables conditions to CB. With conditions plugin you can show or hide fields or options based on the values in the userprofile.
Unfortunately I was unable to test the plugin with Internet Explorer, and thus it is still in beta.

List Tab and Extended Select plugins should work fine with mozilla and firefox. Conditions has a few bugs still.
