Hi pcjunkie, thanks for collating these hacks.
is it possible to outline them in a little more detail, before i go implementing them on my site.
Your patches give Joomlaboard 1.12:-

what is the Opera patch for?
what forum hacks for images? Can you please go into more detail
why do you need to install sb icons mod?

OK i have patched the code for uddIM so it works, both in the forum and in Admin
Quick reply is in the tsmfQR template, I have moved it to default (so I can wak out some nasty templates with QR)
Opera update produced a bug or scripting error (A bit like IE isn't it) that prevented view.php script from being rendered.
The Menu system had " | " in almost every file used between the short codes. ie....phpscript echo draw me...[home] | [user profile] | [etc.....
This made the images look crap!
I also moved the PDF icon waaaaay over to the right using blank space (hey it's fast!}
So now that I have done that SB icons will look as good as you can make them!
I have to say
1 use with care, I take no responsability for my hacks 
So to test it out just rename com_joomlaboard file to something else like com_joomlaboard old. Copy it and rename it com_joomlaboard. Insert the new files and all the old are saved. to go back just do the reverse.....
2 get a server to test on like wamp server (you can run a test server on windows and plug most free php editors into it via links....negating the need for Dreamweaver or the like)...
But wamp and many like it now have php5 as standard, your server might not. (probably) though Wamp has some plugins that allow you to change back to php4 if you wish,,,and then back to php 5!!! Its really neat! No need to script the php file, just switch!

http://www.wampserver.com/en/ (installs SAFELY!! into Microsoft. Has a quick off capability for fast shutdown if a sript edit goes wrong....
Now all you need is Joomla. copy it over and link via qick launch to install it...walla!
