Looks like you have some redirections/wrapping/etc in place ?

OK, here is a cb login module for your tests on joomla 1.0.11...
Please try and tell me if it solves your problem.
You *may* need to also replace joomla.php from the fix-trial pack on the joomla-forum thread given a few posts above, but please try first without replacing the joomla.php, but only the cb login module.
This is testbuild3 of cb_login module only. Don't use without good testing.
And please post back your test-results here asap (if it works and if you needed to replace joomla.php as well or not), as CB 1.0.2 is overdue ...

Your website just crashed my browser 
Must have some wierd code running on it... 
You need to look at raw server error log (usually available to you for your domain), as the server execution crashes on those requests to give such a result.
