Well, I've checked that and no matter if I put time to UTC +1 or +2 (should be this since we now have Daylight Savings Time and time display everywhere else on the website is correct) the timestamp adds an extra hour to the visited time... really annoying!
Server is located near Stockholm, Sweden.
Joomla 1.0.15 / SMF 1.1.4 / Joomla-SMF 2.0.2 / CB 1.1 / CPG 1.4.18 / Joomla-CPG Bridge by Mehdi (PHP 5.2.0, MySQL 5.0.22, Apache 2.2.4)

Thanks for the feedback, i will have to look more deeply into this..
edit:
Added some security (thanks to beats advice) and fixed the time offset error.
On my own site it worked fine but apparently i had an unknown version running.. might have worked on it and forgotten.. but i reverted to 2.8 and just fixed that version.
