StarSign Matchmaking Horoscope
The plugin figures out the viewers starsign and the profile ownsers starsign and shows the matchmaking horoscope between him/her and the profile being visited.

Available for a minimum donation of 7,50 euros payable by paypal  The extremely cheap price is an experiment to test the concept if more websites will take it. I am betting with someone that it will backfire because we are conditioned to believe that cheap stuff is not good enough. But who knows, i might get rich (doubth it)
All language is fully translatable in the language files. Be ware there are 144 -lengthy- horoscope match possibilities to translate, currently english and dutch is available
Behaviour:
Registered user -with- birthdayfield visits a profile -with- a birthdayfield: Starsign shown and horoscopes are matched!
Guest or registered user -without- a birthdate field visits a profile -with- a birthdayfield: Starsign shown and tooltip explains no match can be made untill the visiting user registers or updates their own birthdayfield.
Guest or registered user -with or without- a birthday field visits a profile of a user -without- a birthday field: Nothing is shown.
Registered user with birthdayfield vitits himself: Tooltip shows it is their own profile and no horoscope match is generated.
Registered user without a birthdayfield visits their own profile: Nothing is shown.
Guest or registered user visits a profile of a user with an age less than 5: Assuming erronous date; Nothing is shown.
v0.0.1beta-> First concept. Shows birthdate, the sign in text, and the sign image (20x20).
v0.0.2beta-> Added matchmaking horoscope. (144 combinations.)
v0.0.3beta-> Removed backend language, moved to language files, currently english (287kb) and dutch (205 kb) are available. Also added support for multiple iconsets.
v0.0.4beta-> Added different messages to guests or visiting users that do not have their own birthdatefield or when viewing your own profile. Now also shows images in the tooltip itself.
The first 'customer' didn't mind testing the beta and is working on enhancing the icons on a dark background.

Awesome -- that'll be fun!
Could we integrate it with this starsign component? Maybe we could use something like this to display the compatability between users you spoke of?
Or it could simply link to the horoscope. Just a thought!

Ah thats what i was looking for but checked it out and there where several reasons it isn't gonna work.
1) admins have to create their own horoscope data with names, i don't have the foggiest clue wich catid they would use for wich particular match. And i need to properly link that in the plugin.
2) i created a categorie Aries and a item Aries - Aries with the compatibilty text (to match 2 aries) and it doesn't show.
That component is buggy as hell.
Anyway its now fixed with the internal CB tooltip A much much neater solution anyway

Now recoding to use a language file, the xml file is a hassle because i found a bug in CB plugin textfields where on each save the BR's are duplicated.. traced it back to plugin.class.php so instead of backend language im now making language files.. it makes the plugin multilanguage too so thats cool.. currently have dutch.php and english.php

Hello fooks! I have buyed the plugin from trail! ('customer'  ), So i'm also the first tester! I have installed the plugin on my dutch community ( http://www.nightcity.nl ) and it works great! Only the icons are not good when showing them with a dark background, i'm working on extra icon sets. (easy on me, i'm moving this weeks to a new house, away from the parents )
I think i have tomorrow a other icon set ready.
What do you think of my cartoonie icon set? check http://www.nightcity.nl and click on a userprofile (left now online module)

First, these icons are a little bigger then the standards, but i think they are funny
