Anyone knows any alternative to customize CB user profile page other than Miko's? Or when will be available Miko's Advanced Profile Control 1.1?

I never got to use miko's APC (I don't generally do encrypted extensions for GPL products, especially paid ones). However, there are two extensions that come to mind that MAY help you.
1) If you are talking layout, there's the fabulous extended user profile mod at Joomla Plazza. I'm using it on two sites I'm developing, and each site literally has CB looking completely different from the standard installation (and from each other, actually).
2) There is a (privacy control plugin provided by Simbunch.com). I've used his products before - all open source (as in open code) and am quite pleased.
Reading through the list of Advanced Profile Control features, you probably can mimic a lot of these with multiple plugins and a few field tricks. It's worth it to avoid the mess so many are in because the author of an encrypted extension has gone AWOL (I feel your pain!).
