What about I've already upgraded Joomla to 1.0.13 and I want to solve differents bugs compatibilities with CB ?
Do I really have to reinstall from the beginning?

Thanks! But where is the CAPTCHA security option? I heard it is embedded into the new CB version.

For those who are interested, I have setup a live Demo.
http://test.vancouveronlinemedia.com
this is using:
Joomla 1.0.13 CB 1.1 AEC 0.12.4 FB 1.0.2 RC2
I am still waiting for the new JACL, sept 1st for that one. After then I should be able to remake vancouveronlinemedia.com on the new systems.
I will edit this post as I add other components to the test.

Thanks for your positive feedbacks
Here the replies to the questions:
- language files:
Quite some additions since CB 1.0/1.0.1/1.0.2.... _UE_GROUPS_EVERYBODY is one example.
As I understand we are getting translation into a few languages from CB testteam members, more to come. We will be working on the languages repository asap.
We will need Community help (yes, *YOU*) for the new and/or updated translations. Please use the "CB 1.1/Language Plugin forum on this site to volounteer and publish the translations, we will then upload them to the downloads section.

We highly recommend updating to CB 1.1 in all cases, for any Joomla or Mambo installation, as it enhances security. You don't need to install from the beginning if you use the "expert upgrade" method, not that hard if you heard of phpMyAdmin and FTP.

Captcha is still a separate module, as current stable release doesn't provide the accessibility that we target for CB core, and the new accessible plugin (tested by a blind web user) is not yet completely ready for release. Get it, and/or help us spend more time coding by helping others in this forum, many thanks

ACL for tabs (applies for front end viewing and editing)
True. But in my opinion the main isues have not been addressed. I can define what user group access a given tab, but not the way Mikko's APC does it. I still need his component to set more complex policies. For instances, i might want a tab to be loaded when a user belonging to a specific group logs in and, at the same time, make it viewable by everyone. In any case, to change the ACL on tabs from access levels to user groups is an interesting step forwards.
