One question -
how to create extra positions in the B-profile page ?
beside RIGHT, LEFT, MIDDLE, HEAD etc.
Actually, I want to create a place which will be LEFT+MIDDLE,RIGHT just below LEFT+MIDDLE+RIGHT and before MAIN AREA.

You will need to change the place which I already pointed you to. In addition you need to modify the administrator side of CB so that the dropdowns showing tab locations show your locations.
This was covered here in another thread "how to add tab locations" last week:

instate of defining a brand new 'place' which needs to define in many places like comprofiler.html.php, admin, css, language etc.
how can I just call a specific plugin to directly load on a specific place in comprofiler.html.php template definition ?
