For registration page there are no solutions as far as I know. Same about the image cropping. But the others are available:
For profile layout JSpaces does a pretty good job. It does a small hack, but that is automatic.
List can be made sortable with sortable lists plugin. (If you cannot get this to work, please let me know so that I know that there is a problem)
There is a search module (just saw one at extensions.joomla.org). I do not know if this is what you mean. Also, there will be one coming from me some time in the near future.
For ratings 2-3 different solutions exits. jReviews seems to be OK.

Mikko, I have written such a long reply that the timeout has kicked me out... I haven´t save that reply... and I don´t want to write it again.

Merry Christmas to you and all Joomlapolitans too. 
As you see, it's Christmas, and we're still working on it, but it's coming really well and close to release. Nick is really excited of what he saw, and gave very good feedbacks, so we are implementing the improvements from those feedbacks, with some big wins. Beta is still a few days away, as there are still 5 items on our tracker before we release that longest-awaited beta (out of 50+ items a month back!). But we will be there soon now
Beta will be in 2 phases, first phase will be a private beta with active Joomlapolitans waiting for it patiently, second beta/RC phase will be a wider audience.
Just make sure that you subscribed to the other forum thread mentioned in my blog to be informed. And stay active helping others on the forum to be in the first ones to try it

Ok, after over a year of development work, finally some good news on the CB paid subscriptions plugin:
We are now ready to start this year a first beta phase. I asked Nick to gather an small group of expert users for this first free beta phase, that we would like to be as efficient and quick as possible.

As i promised, i looked here every day.
Thanks Beat this is a good news.
Unfortunatly I´m not that kind of expert Nant is looking for that Beta Test.
So i have to wait again 
In the meantime to the less expert and more stupid user test (which i´m expert in) you can give, maybee, some more details to the community about installation requirements.
At the point: will be ioncube, openssl and curl be needed to implement the final version ?
Sorry, this is not kind - i act like a child and whant more and more and more - but i have been waiting for sooo long and can nothing do than waiting. thats a little bit frustraiting.
