I can not read your question... but I think that link is the old link to Joomla's repository... The project is now called CB Connector. It is still available on joomlacode (their new server) but it is also available from cbconnector.com and from this site under "Directory (new)" then forums...

Where I can download CB Connector compatible, please?

The CB Connector is compatible with phpbb 2.0.x but is not yet compatible with Joomla! 1.5 so there is nowhere to download CBC for that configuration.

J 1.5 compatibility will come in v3 which has not been started yet as I am finishing v2 currently.
