Ok, I think I'm close now. I had only two errors that weren't defined. So I'm going back for those. But your tip about downloading what I had in CB made it much easier. Also, if I realized I shouldn't use caps, that would have saved time as well.

Ok, one last question. How do I do the dates/check box?

I have a check box for receiving email and that didn't show up. Currently I use false or true. Is that incorrect? And what about dates? In CB I can use a separator for dates. Should I just used a text box?

Dates must be entered as strings with the appropriate delimiters as if you were working with mysql (as you are) For most systems, this is #. For the check box, try exporting it to see what you get and then send the same information back. That is the best advice that I can provide.
