Can you please stop discussion release dates then when that release date hits you just repeat the same thing but talk about a latter date
I appreciate the service... but when joomla 1.5 came out & I came here to find out if it was 1.5 compatible you were quick to say it was.
too many let downs for me
I switched to 1.5 & its been a nightmare since community builder DOES NOT work w/ 1.5

Instead, perhaps the community would be better served if you would stop whining about the release date and signup as a doc supporter to show your support.

I hate to be rude .....but for all those whose keep complaining.....SHUT UP.....GO HOME.....and spend the next 2 years coding you own version of a dynamic community project like Community Builder.
And when you complainers finally release your new Joomla community masterpiece, I'm betting it would not get 2 out of 5 stars on the Joomla Forum, and that's being generous!
It's quite obvious to anyone who has ever designed anything, I mean anything....sometimes your plans change....including the timeframe of when projects are complete.
I'm usually pretty low key, but enough is enough. Stop whining and support this project by purchasing a subscription.
Swell...Kick it

After months-long intensive work and a 22 hours long day only on CB, CB 1.2 beta 7 features-freeze release has just hit CB Test-Team for intensive week-end tests.
From now on, my guess is that it might go anywhere between 5 and 20 days up to RC release (this RC release will be only for doc subscribers and active contributors for some time), depending on number and kind of bugs which will get found and fixed in the next days.
Now some good news:
We could complete the design and implementation of new features.....
CB 1.2 is coming with some major new features... 
More on those new features after some hours of sleep...

Great thanks for all the work done.
I'm a professionnal developper and I exactly know what you are going through : you may feel very tired, but soooo happy
No doubt that, considering the history of CB and the high quality of your craft, that you'll get ten times more messages of rewarding when this version comes out.
For the present, have a good rest and be ready for the last run
