Very nice job! Congrats!

How much will it cost? Will it be free?

Again, very good job!

Hi,

you can klick on the yellow box on the left and become a doc subscriber. You will get some extra stuff like captcha 2 plugin, documentation and a RC version of CB 1.2 weeks before non subscribers get it. And with your subscription the devs will work even faster!

CB itself is free and so will be CB 1.2 (Some weeks after the RC release). If you want it faster and/or support the project make a subscription.

Greets,
ndee

Unfortunately the 2 most unpredictable bugs found are also refraining us from going RC now. But we are becoming very confident to go 1.2 RC for the joomlapolis doc subscribers and contributors within now 4-10 days.

Can I do a "strange" question?
Do you know if the new 1.2 CB will be more adaptable to black joomla templates? Now I'm using a dark template... Almost totally black! And I was thinking if the new cb could have skins... theme... or a function to make its template more dark...

However i'm not expert! Maybe it can be done modifuing the CSS? So.. In this case, it will depend by me! ... I don't know!

Excuse my english!!
Thanks!

While denny's question has been answered many times elsewhere in these forums (searching is good ), it is worth mentioning that anything that makes it easier to customise the look of the profile page would be welcomed.

However, from the updates by Beat and other CB team members, it seems like we will be getting many cool new features, so we should not complain

I can't wait to see the results of the 1.2 RC, and am happy to say that I recently became a doc subscriber!

As explained in Nick's excellent (subscribers) documentation, CB 1.1 has CB template plugins (aka skins). In global configuration you got profile and choice of 6 templates which come with CB. There is a dark one which is already quite fine.

(Please serach forum and if not found after search, start a separate thread.)

-------

back to topic:

CB 1.2 will bring a set of new icons (with special versions for dark backgrounds as well) and full CSS markup, which will allow you to do all the skinning that you would like, if you learn/know CSS.

-------------

Short Update on upcoming CB 1.2 RC: one of the 2 unknown-time-to-solve bugs has now been solved. Also around 10 other bugs (except one, nothing complex to fix) have been reported in the mean time on beta 7. No change in expected RC timeframe.
