To all with the same question and have not read all the information available in this thread.
I have deduced by careful reading and comprehension that...
(1.) People will get CB 1.2 when they get it.
(2.) You will get it faster if you PAY MONEY and are a doc subscriber.
Till then, you wait and be happy about other things in life.

You can also get things earlier if you are helpful on the forums - this is also supporting.
However, most chose to read what they want to read ...
