Sorry but this feature will never be implemented. One of the objectives of uddeIM is to keep user messages as confidential as possible (see obfuscating and encryption).

but what can I do against spammer and other people who stalk my community?
every day there are over 1000 messages - I´m really not interested in reading messages of someone... but my admins and me have to keep controll what happens on the site...

In uddeIM 1.1 you can enable flooding protection and captchas.

thank you slabbi - but my spammers are not the guys with bots, who spam automatically - they are the sort of "human" spammers 
next important feature in uddeIM is performance - I know uddeIM is the most feature rich and performant pms system for joomla - but if I try to send a systemmessage (7500 members) - I get problems because my members are also notified with mail
is there any way to make uddeIM a little more faster or "memorylighter" ????

You suggest to switch off email notifications for all users temporarily when a huge among of general messages are sent?

Regarding the "human spammer" problem: I suggested awhile ago that it would be a good idea to include a "report message" feature, which would allow users to report spam and messages to the admin. Basically, they would press a "report message" button, which would send a PM to the admins along with the offending message. This would allow people to report spammers, (and give admins the ability to verify that it was, in fact, a spam message), without giving admins the ability to access others' mailboxes.
