Thanks for that but when I have checked the files the 3 missing pictures are already installed in the monogram template images folder. On further investigaton I think that the link to the pictures is wrong. The address URL is... http://waterlooschoolblackpool.co.uk/components/com_uddeim/templates/monogram/images/edit.gif

when the actual URL should be

http://waterlooschoolblackpool.co.uk/cms/components/com_uddeim/templates/monogram/images/edit.gif

I have no idea how this happened or why or how to fix it. I have just changed the template back to the default template and the same 3 pictures are missing with same URL settings apart from monogram has change to default.

Found the bug.

You did nothing wrong. It's a bug that appears only when the site is not stored in the root.

You can download a fixed "userlist.php" from

Thanks for that as I am new to this I just want to make sure I have this right do I go to .....

Show file waterlooschoolblackpool.co.uk / httpdocs / cms / components / com_uddeim / userlists.php

Select all the contents and delete them then paste the new code in or do I add the new code to the existing code? sorry to be such a numpty

Ok Thanks
I have done that but this has now caused other problems

1) my site now is very very slow takes an age to load a page.

2) when the contacts page loads its just a blank page with nothing there.

3) the formatting on my site has changed a lot of the content that should be in boxes is no longer in the boixes although the content is showing.


The has only changes I have made is the new userlist.php file. I opened the old file and deleted all the text then pasted the new text in then saved it all done my Plesx admin panel.

In the new userlist.php only one line was changed and that is not resposible for your problems.

Overwrite the file, do not use copy and paste!

It seems to be a temporary problem with your server.
