We can not manage the rights with this ?. Whatever I select, I can not made it showing only to admin and the owner of the profile.
Enable Total Visits Display To Specified Admin Group?: Hide Show
Enable Total Visits Display To Profile Owners?: Hide Show
Also show totals to other logged in users?: Hide Show
I don't know how it run (documentation link is broken and the one inside the zip file is too old) and I can not unistall "private policy", it give me SQL errors.

However, this is a plugin, not a module and cannot be used as a module.There is a module that can display any CB plugin. Forgot the name though.
If you display the module only on profile pages (note you'll have to have an EXTREMELY EXCELLENT EXCELLENT EXCELLENT itemid and template system!!!), then it's very possible.
An easier solution would be to set the itemid to myid (I forgot the exact names, sorry for this) if it cannot find any other. But if it's a guest then it must only display stuff when visiting a profile. (See the part above with the caps lock on.)

houbahop, If there is gonna be a follow up version of last profile visitors it will be made multilingual 
For now i have no clue when i can find the time 
ysva, cool i didn't know such a module existed
I would rather write it from scratch as a module though for my own peace of mind regarding stability.
Spider666, the plugin doesn't have the setting, will do it in the next version if i don't forget. The settings you see are only to enable/disable display of the total amount per visitor. the tab itself is always shown if there is data there.

I follow your links to download Mikko's "Privacy Policy" plugin but it says that is unavailable... Where can I find it ? Does anybody got it stock on is computer so that he can give it me ?
