I have the same thing, all I'm getting is [PASSWORD] being outputted.
Anyone solve this yet?

And just out of interest, can someone please tell me which table the [PASSWORD] should be getting passed out from when it is included in the registration email?

I am having the same problem with version 1.1
my Pending approval email doesnot have a password just [PASSWORD]
i.e Greetings [NAME], Thank you for applying for registration with us. We have received your request and we will process it as soon as you confirm your email address by clicking on the following hyperlink: [CONFIRM] Once your email address is confirmed our moderators will be notified to continue the activation process. I have a bug when I try to recover my passwaord with CB 1.1 : there is no password in my email, only :_NEWPASS_MSG
