We can't give a date yet. This will depend on the tests-results of the testteam. Right now it looks very good, as test-team reported only a single bug on Joomla! 1.5 svn (looking more like a joomla than a CB bug  ). We will probably begin tests on production sites begin of next week, including updating joomlapolis.com.
The tests are on a very broad range of releases of joomla and of mambo.
Probably we will be able to give an estimated release date by Wednesday. It's not to far away

Cool.... 8) Yes, well Joomla 1.1/1.5 seems to be a little late so I sure hope CB 1.0 stable will not wait until 1.1/1.5 is released.
