• Registrations are re-enabled
• Terms and Conditions has been updated
• Privacy Policy has been updated
• CB Fields have been recreated
• Userlist has been recreated
• Security has been tightened but still looking at more ways to tighten even further

• Re-Upload CB Profile Avatars and match to users
• Re-Upload old CB Profile data and match to users
• Tracker Replacement
• Upload older Archive Files

I think that is it... If you notice anything else not completed then post a comment on the forum...

The website is mostly back up and running.  I have reimported the users from the forum.

Existing Users may want to use the following procedures to make sure everything is going again well:

1. Clear all cookies from the cbconnector.com domain in your browser
2. Go to the main page Http://cbconnector.com
3. Login with your username and password... this will reset the Joomla password to match your forum password... This is needed because the current password is encrypted to match phpbb3 standards which are different than Joomla... Don't worry this will verify the password is correct with phpbb3 before allowing it to change the forum password to avoid rogue password changes
   

Still ToDo:
Upload older archive files into site
Create new Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions documents (old component doesn't work with new settings)
Determine how I want to handle bug reports, etc. since the Tracker is gone and likely won't come back here...
Re-enable NEW users to register

CBconnector.com is slowly coming back online...  Since the hacking event on Monday 10-20-08 I have been looking at upgrading the site under the hood to increase performance and security.  In the process I have found out some of my older components don't handle some of my tighter security settings... so I am slowly upgrading or replacing those components as well.

Currently the site is only partially back online.  I will be recreating the menus, content, etc. from a database backup so the site may look slightly different.  Currently I have not re-ported the site users. 

The forum is back online and does have the users and permissions from before the hack.  You can get to the forums by using http://forums.cbconnector.com   NOTE: The older link http://cbconnector.com/forums will NO LONGER WORK.

I will post more information as the site comes more online...
