Sant Ignasi-Sarrià ha celebrado esta tarde el 20º aniversario de los estudios de Hostelería y Turismo en un acto en el que Joan Roca, director y chef de El Celler de Can Roca, y Jordi Clos, presidente de Derby Hotels Collection, han recibido el premio Xavier del Turisme 2008. La celebración ha contado con la participación de la Comissionada de l'Alcaldia de Relacions Ciutadanes, Katy Carreras; la rectora de la Universitat Ramon Llull, Esther Giménez-Salinas; el P. Provinicial de los Jesuitas de la Provincia Tarraconense, Lluís Magriñà; el director general de Sant Ignasi-Sarrià, Joan Bassas, y la directora de TSI-Turismo Sant Ignasi y de la Escuela Superior de Hostelería y Turismo Sant Ignasi, Carmina Solà-Morales. Cristina Roig, antigua alumna del centro; Miguel Herrera, estudiante del Innovative Hospitality Management, y Marga Domènech, profesora decana, también han dirigido unas palabras al numeroso público asistente a la celebración.
