Conditions are performed in row one after the other. Setting them in conflict you will not have the desired result, or no result at all.

Choose a field or tab in which you want to apply conditions, go to the Integration tab and click CB Conditions

Start from tab 1

• Display:
  Select conditional display for this field. Options are:
  Field conditional others, if the condition depends on another field
  Field conditional self, if the condition has to do with the specific field

For field conditional others settings are:

• Is… Operator:
  Select operator to compare field value against input value.
• To… Value:
  Input substitution supported value to match against. In addition to user substitutions you can access $_REQUEST, $_GET, and $_POST substitutions as [request_VARIABLE],[post_VARIABLE], and [get_VARIABLE] (e.g. [get_task]).
• Translate Value:
  Enable or disable translation of language strings in value.
• Then... Fields:
  Show: Select fields to show if value is matched.
  Hide: Select fields to hide if value is matched.
• Field Options:
  Show: Select fields options to show if value is matched.
  Hide: Select fields options to hide if value is matched.
• For:
  Enable or disable conditional usage for
  Registration
  Profile Edit
  Profile View
  Userlists Search
  Userlists View

If you need to add more conditions set tabs 2 to 5 in row and of course avoid conflicts.

For field conditional self settings are:

• If… Field:
  Select field to match value against in determining this fields display.
• Is… Operator:
  Select operator to compare field value against input value.
• To… Value:
  Input substitution supported value to match against. In addition to user substitutions you can access $_REQUEST, $_GET, and $_POST substitutions as [request_VARIABLE],[post_VARIABLE], and [get_VARIABLE] (e.g. [get_task]).
• Translate Value:
  Enable or disable translation of language strings in value.
• Then... Mode:
  Select how to handle this tabs display based on field value match. Show / Hide
• For:
  Enable or disable conditional usage for
  Registration
  Profile Edit
  Profile View
  Userlists Search
  Userlists View
