Joomla 1.5 and CB - install is incomplete was created by tesla2
With Joomla 1.5 going beta this moth I thought that I would try CB with it.

mysql 5.0.21
windows 2000
apache 2.0.55

CB does not seem to install completely. user management and other management pages are blank and defined constants on the front end are not parsed and show as text.
