Date Pulldown and Calender won't work!

I added the registration field a date with birthday. But when i go to the registration page no calender and / or pull down menu is available to enter the date to this field.

I tried different things.
Reinstalled a fresh joomla 1.5.10 and installed CB but even then i don't get this field working with the calender and pulldown menu. I installed the software with NEW-INSTALL.TXT.

I'm totally lost and maybe i can get some help with this one!

No CB CSS and Javascript code is outputed.

Looks very much like you running PHP4 for CB 1.2.0 or 1.2.1.

Close the topic, that was the problem.
Solved it with my provider.

.htaccess file solved my issue.
