Hi Jamie. I am new to CB 1.2.3 -- Having problems installing the com_profiler, so I manually unzip the com_comprofiler.zip file and upload via FTP the resulting comprofiler folder ({websitestructure}\administrator\components\com_installer\component\comprofiler)

I get this warning: Warning: file D:\webs\coffep/administrator/components/com_comprofiler/pluginsfiles.tgz still exists.

Then: Installer - Error
Uncompressing D:\webs\coffep/administrator/components/com_comprofiler/pluginsfiles.tgz failed.
