I've examined your installation and it appears you have profiles set to only be visible to Registered users, this is the reason the option does not appear. Being a registered user is required to view anyone's profile, thus the option for it does not show up. Please see the info icons directly next to the parameters, they contain very useful information.

Do you mean the menu item for CB profile? I've already set that to public, yet the "only to registered" option is not available. Sorry i'm such a noob.

No, please review your documentation on page 61. The parameter Allow access to: within CB configuration; this controls public, registered, etc... access to profiles.

I misunderstood the tooltip to refer to Connections.
