This is what Joomlapolis hosting set me up with. I have never used 1.0 before so I thought it was their special admin. Thanks I'll take care of that right away.

WAIT! If you are using Joomlapolis hosting, talk to them before you do anything. It was my understanding they set you up with Joomla/CB in a ready to go state so we may be missing something. As a hosting customer you have access to some basic support and I would hate to give you advice that could make their job harder.

I already went in and tried to upgrade and got this:
Configuring Apache PHP settings .... done
Applying web server configuration .... done
Now installing Joomla version 1.5.15 ..
Joomla cannot be upgraded from versions before 1.5 to version 1.5 or later.. failed!
See the error message above for the reason why.
Forwarded to hosting support
(I will wait patiently :( )
