French accent are not displayed corretly in emails

Hi,

In the emails, the french accent are not displayed correctly.

We have the following parameter:

DEFINE ('_UE_REG_ADMIN_PA_MSG','Un nouvel utilisateur s\'est inscrit sur [SITEURL] et attend votre accord.\nSuivre le lien suivant pour visualiser la liste des accès requerant une approbation:\n http://domain/index.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=pendingApprovalUser&view=article&id=43&Itemid=75〈=fr .'
.'Cet email contient ses coordonnées\n\n'
.'Nom - [NAME]\n'
.'e-mail - [EMAILADDRESS]\n'

I have tried to replace the accent with the following values, without success:
é ==> is displayed as strange charecter
é => is not translated
é => is not translated

Can someone help!

Please upgrade to CB 1.2.2 and confirm if issue is still present.
