It looks like you've got your hands full just getting beyond beta, but just in case you're thinking about the future, here's some thoughts.

1. It would be nice to be able to comment on bulletins.

2. It would be nice if you had the option, at the user level, to have new bulletins (or comments as mentioned above) sent to you via PM or email.

3. It would be nice if I could auto-add people to groups based on selected values in profile fields. For example, I'm doing a site about backup software and hardware. I'm going to have a profile field that will allow them to select one or more software apps as the backup app they use. It would be nice if that would automatically add them to the group associated with that backup app.

4. I see "Send email to all users" is listed as an administrator task. It should be an option to let all members do that. It should also be an option to send a PM instead of an email. (I play to have my site communicate only via PMs, as they will be anonymous.)

I think, that is already integrated into Beta 3. You can set there to send new group messages via PM.

My users get new bulletins via PM and also notifications about new members joining their groups. Works fine with UddeIM, just some link problems appear (with garbage at the end of links, they still work, tough.)
