Coolness and Languages (joomfish)

Coolness and Languages (joomfish) was created by tbrooke
I'm a beginner trying to install coolness and it is great except when I try to switch languages and the the template disappears. I just have English and Spanish. I figure there is an easy fix but I can't find it
