[SOLVED] Template not showing on inner pages

[SOLVED] Template not showing on inner pages was created by rclew4u
I have installed the coolness template but it only shows up on my front page. When I click on a menu item the next page comes up all unformatted. If I go to "edit template" and click on "coolness", under parameters the first line says "The parameter file /templates/coolness/params.ini is unwritable! "
This may be un-related but when I try to use registration I get a 404 error message , also unformatted. I am a newbie and have not gone public with my website but you can view it here

Disable SEF and see if issues are resolved.
