A plugin for vBulletin is fine.

You have one for other Forums, but not for vB.

Yes -- this has been discussed a lot. Plugins for third-party boards are not part of the CB Core -- so this is the inappropriate forum for this post.

Perhaps a 3PD (third-party developer will share your enthusiasm for vbulletin (I know I do!) and will take up the challenge.
