This is the error I'm receiving in the license area:
License server could not be reached. Please check that you have Internet connection (connectivity, firewall settings) or try again in half hour. Error:
I understand the issue and need to provide my hosting company with information to open up ports. To do that they require notification of the following info:
* Local script filename (and location) which needs the outbound connection:
* Remote server IP address and port number:
* Exact purpose of this connection:
They state as follows: "Please note that our firewall is IP based. If the remote host changes its IP address in the future, please notify us of the change."
Please advise ASAP so that I can get CB functional and operational.
