I am having a sporadic problem with the Authorize.net module. Here's what's going on.
1. User goes through the registration process and is taken to the screen to enter their credit card information.
2. The screen looks strange and not all the graphics are downloaded.
3. They click on the Payment button and nothing happens.
4. If they try it with PayPal it works fine.
5. If I take their credit card information and place the order on my computer, it works fine.
This has happened with multiple clients. I'm wondering if there is a possible security setting on their browser not letting the page download correctly.
I wasn't at my office at the time, so I don't know if it was throwing an error in the logs. But it's not throwing an error on the screen. It just doesn't do anything.
I remoted into one machine (GoToMeeting) and verified that it wasn't working. Unfortunately, I didn't think to check the logs at that time.
Has anyone else seen this problem or have any idea how to fix it?
