Subs Mod content not showing suddenly

Subs Mod content not showing suddenly was created by Rapunzl
All of a sudden, my CB Subs module doesn't show any content. I haven't changed any settings. I upgraded to 1.0.3 to try to resolve with the same result. Earlier, it showed, but it doesn't now to public.
The content does show when logged in.
CB Subs 1.0.3
JP Hosting, so Joomla and PHP are up to date.

CBSubs FolderAccess? I don't recognize cbfr_integrations_folderaccess in the XML file and also searched the source. Am not sure where that is coming from. Looks like a custom field or something of the sort? Not quite sure what the error means either. 
Any further details in error log with debug mode on and maximum error reporting? If it is CBSubs FolderAccess are any folders being protected or is it simply installed/published?
