[SOLVED] Initial Validity not working

13 years 10 months ago #134143 by bevege
I'm having major issues with the pricing of plans that need to have a different initial price vs. renew price. I've tried this 5 different times with different browsers with the same result. The intial price is always shown as the renew price on the website. See attached picture.

I want the intial price to be $20 and the renew price to be $15. It's showing the intial price at $15 now matter what I do.

I need to fix this ASAP. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Never mind, I think I figured it out. The first plan all I did was make the initial amount lower than the regular price. It then showed up correctly. I then reversed them back to how I wanted them (initial higher than regular price) and it is now working.

On my other plan that wasn't working I didn't have the correct setting for first period, registration and upgrade.

A little more testing and I think I'm good.

Thanks again for a excellent product!
