change to romanian language was created by nkorop
either Im tired or something is wrong...
I have installed to plugins the romanian language plugin but I don't see any change. The site is still using english even romanian is my default language in Joomla.
Any idea?

The CB language plugin (filenames, definitions in XML install file, etc.) has to EXACTLY match the Joomla <backwardLang> definition for your language.
Check the translation guide PDF in the sticky topic above for more details.
Another possibility is that the user preference might be set for English.
