[SOLVED]How do I make CB search all namefields was created by weting
Seems like CB (1.2.1) will only search the Firstmname field properly. When I search on a name which can be found there - it works.
But when I search on a lasname (I know it is in the list) CB returns everyone in the list...
As far as I can see I have configured the fields the same way...

Are you using simple 'is' or simple 'any'? If using simple 'any' ensure the search value does not match even partially any other users field value or it will display results. Example as follows.
Search: illy
User1: Billy John
User2: Lilly Joe
Results: User1 AND User2 will display
Search: illy
User1: Billy John
User2: Lilly Joe
Results: User1 AND User2 will display

All combinations tried.
Seams to have something to do with our scandinavian characters (å, ä, ö)
How do I work around this. Most swedish names have them...
And I still want to use CB...

Please upgrade to CB 1.2.2 and confirm if issue is presented. Your original post mentions you're using CB 1.2.1.
