FBC says "please enter a username"

FBC says "please enter a username" was created by rivers
I have set up FBC and tried to connect and it worked the first time!
Then I deleted the user and tried once more (using the same account), and now when you click on connect, type in login info it just leaves a message on my webiste saying: Please enter a username: and nothing happends.
Anyone have any suggestions?

Did you delete the user via Joomla or CB User Management, please ensure the user was deleted properly (why deleted in first place?). Please ensure debug mode is on as well as maximum error reporting, attempt to reproduce, then review server error logs. Am not able to duplicate your issue. Please also review help us help you within my signature as need further information about your installation and server.
