CB Login OFF, CB Registration OFF, FB Login ON was created by fungkur
by default the CB Login is always ON. the only way to turn it off is by unpublishing the CB Login module. but in my case, i need the FB Sign In/Login. So i cant unpublish the CB Login module.
How can it be done?

You can not disable CB Login, FBC is an extension of CB Login base; not a replacement. CB Login is required for all installations and the FBC button can not be moved outside of the module properly either.
This would also be very detrimental to your users as they can Unlink their accounts (this can not be removed per Facebook policy; if planned to do so will be at your own risk) at which point could no longer login. Thus you would still need CB Login present so they can re-login with CB credentials. It's possible to simply disable CB/Joomla registration thus users can only join your site via Facebook.
