Getting double and triple accounts

Getting double and triple accounts was created by tlawson84005
I installed the Facebook and Twitter add-ons. Some of my existing users are now showing up with 3 accounts once they do the integration with Facebook and Twitter. I'm not sure if it's something they are doing wrong or if I have configured something incorrectly, or if it's a bug. I could use some help.
Here is what I'm seeing.
3 accounts
1. First one is the existing account
2. Twitter created account - twitter_22644095@invalid
3. Facebook created account - facebook_791333980@invalid
I pasted the email account because it looks strange and might help you help me. Thanks!

Please ensure you're using latest 1.0 releases as your emails should be @invalid.com. Yes indeed it is possible for users to create duplicate accounts. If the sign-in via Facebook or Twitter without being signed in via CB they will have a new account created (it is impossible to link to an account while not logged in!) otherwise if logged in they will be linked to their existing Joomla account.
You could edit the new users, check their Facebook and Twitter IDs. Then copy/paste them to their CB account and delete their old accounts. This would "manually" link the user to their CB account.
At any rate is behaving as normally.
