No approval email after FB sign-in for new user

The emails are handled by the Store function of CB it self. So the user should receive an email assuming you're using the latest release of FBC and the user has provided a valid email during authorization of the Facebook application (if proxy email was provided they will NOT receive an email).

Upgraded from 1.1 to 1.2, Still no confirmation emails to the admin. The twitter connect works.. :(
