I think it would be better if in their profile page they'd had a 'link this account with FB' (same for twitter) as they have it to unlink it and not show the buttons of FB or Twiterr Any chance of doing this?

No, they're signing in with Facebook, it states so directly on mouse-over. Don't see the confusion. You're welcome to edit source and make whatever changes you'd like as it is open source.

Any chance of after sign up via FB or twitter send an email with username + random password?

No, twitter does not give email address. FB email address given has a high chance of being invalid due to being proxy email. So it's not possible to email the user unless they edit their profile and provide a valid address.
