I don't understand the question or issue.

Once you install and publish the plugin, you should be able to see extra parameters in backend when editing a field or tab. These parameters allow you to turn on privacy for specific fields/tabs.

Once turned on, frontend users should be able to see extra drop-down select parameters during frontend editing of their profiles on these fields/tabs.
