To be fair, they've addressed that issue and phpBB seems to be pretty secure now, and they have always been pretty good at getting security patches out quickly.
Even Mambo/Joomla has had attacks...will you avoiding that too? ;)

Do you have a CB/PhpBB combo working?

I'm working on it at the moment. I have the test release of the plugin at the moment, but due to other commitments haven't been able to test it fully yet...probably sometime next week I guess.

www.Teessideonline.net - just completed a long term conversion plan to Joomla/CB - a big job!

I'm looking at upgrading my old mambo (4.5.0) site to Joomla, and at the same time bringing in CB and a better forum system (currently using Simpleboard, which i find too simple)

I really like SMF, an was hoping to see more cooperation to integrate it tightly with CB... there definitely is interst, see here:

Question for you guys:
What integration does Joomlaboard have with CB as opposed to SMF or phpBB?

Thanks guys, i'll be watching this topic closely over the next few weeks.

Oh, and i too am happy to help with any integration activities, especially with UI or User Testing... my php coding skills are a little rusty unfortunatly.

cheers
greg
